Ingredients
Jurgensburg Fava Bean Flour – 230g
Jurgensburg Baking Powder – ½ tsp.
Ground Flaxseed – 2TB
Sea salt (unrefined) – ½ tsp.
Thyme – ½ tsp.
Dried rosemary – 1 tsp.
Dried sage – 1 tsp.
Garlic cloves (minced) – 1 tsp.
Water – 60ml
Olive oil – ½ tsp.
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Add all dry ingredients to a food processor and mix until well incorporated.
- Add garlic cloves and turn on processor.
- While processor is running, add olive oil and water.
- Add more water if necessary to achieve a workable dough
