Nutrient dense homemade crackers with Fava Flour and herbs. Try to double or even quadruple this recipe for plenty of leftovers. They will be great as a side for salad, base for spreads and just something great to snack on!

Ingredients

Jurgensburg Fava Bean Flour – 230g

Jurgensburg Baking Powder – ½ tsp.

Ground Flaxseed – 2TB

Sea salt (unrefined) – ½ tsp.

Thyme – ½ tsp.

Dried rosemary – 1 tsp.

Dried sage – 1 tsp.

Garlic cloves (minced) – 1 tsp.

Water – 60ml

Olive oil – ½ tsp.

Fava Bean Flour

400g

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Add all dry ingredients to a food processor and mix until well incorporated.
  • Add garlic cloves and turn on processor.
  • While processor is running, add olive oil and water.
  • Add more water if necessary to achieve a workable dough
